Thank you for visiting and shopping at Twisted Lady! Twisted Lady ships all of our orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Processing and Delivery Times All orders are processed within 5 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused holiday volumes or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. Customs Fees and Import Taxes Twisted Lady is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Return Policy
Twisted Lady wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:
Item Condition Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned must be in good condition, complete and with original packaging intact. Form of Payment For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Excluded Items All items, with the exception of the following, are eligible for return: • Clearance Items • Special-order items • Custom-made products • Gift cards Online Returns For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email us [email protected] to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received. Return Shipping Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons, besides that they are defective or damaged, will be paid for by the customer.
